How to Order

We now offer multiple ways to place an order at thetinkshop.com


Recommended Method:

  • Order and pay directly online at thetinkshop.com You can choose from our ready-made products, personalised products or you can get creative and design a completely new design from scratch from our ‘Create Your Own Design’ section.

    This is the fastest way to order from thetinkshop.com – you can see the estimated production time for each product from the product page itself (Shipping/Delivery are only indicative for delivery to the Maltese Islands, and may vary from time to time). Once the order and payment are received, the order would go automatically into production. Please make sure that you’ve checked all your spelling and customisation prior to placing the order, as we will not do any changes to your order.


Alternative Methods:

Alternatively to ordering directly online, you can send us your requests by email ([email protected]) or via facebook messenger with links to the products required and any specifications or requests. Our team will then evaluate and assess your requests to guide you better in placing your order online or recommending one of our order upgrades.
We understand that you may need a more personal and customised service from time to time; hence why we’ve designed the below upgrades for you.

  • Standard Personalised Design (no additional charges)
    You choose one of our ready-made designs and we will personalise the order for you.
    Our team will then send you a link to finalise payment directly online (You can also pay via Revolut) before the order is sent to production.
    Once the order is finalised, it will be delivered/shipped out to you (additional charges may apply), or you can collect it from our studios depending on your desired option.

  • Basic Design Upgrade (+€7)
    You choose the product and we will create a basic design for you.
    If this is what you’re looking for, we will send you a link for payment including the Basic Design Upgrade charge and delivery charges (where applicable), so you can pay directly online (Revolut payments are also accepted).
    Our team will then create a basic design within 48hrs and send it over for approval.
    1 minor revision (such as a font change or colours used) is included in the price, further revisions would incur additional charges depending on requirements.
    Once the design is confirmed, your order will go into production (standard lead times apply from here – express service is also available).
    Once the order is finalised, it will be delivered/shipped out to you (additional charges may apply), or you can collect it from our studios depending on your desired option.

  • Intermediate Design Upgrade (+€10)
    You choose the product, and we will book you in for a one-to-one session to create a basic design.
    If this is what you’re looking for, we will set up an appointment for a one-to-one 15 minute session, at our offices, with one of our team members.
    We will create a basic design for you to confirm before the order is sent to production (standard lead times apply – Express service available)
    Once the order is finalised, it will be delivered/shipped out to you (additional charges may apply), or you can collect it from our studios depending on your desired option.

  • Advanced Design Upgrade (Price on request)
    Are you looking for more advanced design creation?
